04 / WITH TRANSPARENCY
Good questions.
A little context, before we meet.
Who is Trust Pilot for?
Fiduciary teams, trustees and family offices looking to connect trusts, foundations, people, wealth, documents and compliance monitoring in one workspace.
Does this presentation provide access to the application?
No. The data shown here is fictional and the interactions are illustrative. Your organisation’s application has its own instance and requires an authorised user account.
What can the AI assistant consult?
Application information accessible to the user, through the business tools designed for that purpose. Consultation follows the selected approval mode. Internet research is only performed when explicitly requested by the user, without including client data in the search.
Do distributions trigger a bank payment?
No. Distributions and resolutions follow a preparation, approval and validation process. An approved status does not execute a bank payment.
Can access and reference data be configured?
Administration provides users, groups, permissions, reference data and settings. The exact possibilities depend on your instance’s modules and configuration.
